Busan Cinema Center is a separate venue. “Centum City” alone is not enough to identify your screening room.
BIFF 2026 uses several venues around Centum City, while Community BIFF also takes place across town in Nampo-dong. Start with the exact venue on your ticket, then match the building and floor below. This guide focuses on the entrance details that are easy to miss when planning in English.

Early screening? Department-store entrances matter
Before the department store opens
BIFF directs visitors to Gate 3 near Centum City Station Exit 12 and Hall Elevator 3, or Gate 4 by Spa Land and Hall Elevator 4.
These are the published CGV early-access instructions. Do not assume they also describe access to every 9F event.
Find the first-floor main entrance
Use the entrance by Centum City Station Exit 8. The official guide points to the far-left doors and the elevators on the left.
Check signs and staff directions if the normal department-store circulation is closed.
Plan your transfer in four steps
Ticket → exact room
Save the venue name, auditorium, screening start and any post-screening discussion. A building-level pin will not show the correct floor.
Street entrance → elevator
Allow time for the correct door, lift queues and the final walk to the auditorium. Do not calculate the gap from outdoor walking time alone.
Next venue → realistic buffer
Leave room for a late-running discussion, restroom stop and finding the next screen. If a guest appearance is your priority, avoid a tightly packed next booking.
Centum → Nampo is a separate city journey
Group Nampo events into their own half-day where possible. Check live public-transport routing before pairing them with a Centum screening.
Entry checks before you head out
For general screenings, BIFF’s published entry window starts 15 minutes before the film. Aim to be at the right door before that window rather than treating the start time as your arrival time. Keep your actual mobile ticket available: a screenshot is not a substitute under the festival’s ticket rules.
Make sure your phone has charge and that you can retrieve the booking. Read the screening’s subtitle and age information as carefully as its venue. These checks are especially useful if you are buying a cancellation ticket shortly before a film.

When your ticket says Nampo-dong
Community BIFF’s BIFF Square, MEGABOX Busan Theater and Catholic Center Space 101.1 are different destinations from the Centum venues above. Start a fresh map search using the venue on your booking. The word “Busan” in a cinema name does not mean Busan Cinema Center.
