Official festival layout in English: main gate, Wave, Samrock, Green, Hidden and River stages, food lounges, toilets, nursing rooms, Kids Zone and accessibility support.

Leave your bags, keep your hands free

Bag storage 09:00–23:00. Regular bag 6,000 KRW; large bag 10,000 KRW; re-deposit 3,000 KRW. Collect on the same day within 30 minutes after the show ends.

Pack for a smooth entry

Permitted items include packed meals in transparent non-glass containers, sealed plain water, baby or medical food, legless picnic chairs and mobility aids. Folding umbrellas up to 60 cm are allowed only in picnic areas.
Prohibited items include outside takeaway food and alcohol, cooking equipment, tents, raised camping chairs, dangerous items and professional recording equipment. See permitted exceptions above.

The main gate separates first entry from re-entry. Keep your wristband on. Bag checks happen at entry; store prohibited belongings before joining the queue.

Our tip: pack once, collect once

Keep your ticket, phone, ID, payment method and evening layer with you before depositing a bag. Re-storage costs 3,000 KRW, so repeated visits add up. Set a collection reminder before the 23:00 closing time and follow the card’s within-30-minutes-after-the-show rule. Add collection time to your journey back to Sasang.

Save the English map and menu cards before arrival, and agree on a meeting point with friends. International visitors can check the 2026 Global Support Booth notice for available help.

Our tip: leave room for walking and wet ground

Pick your must-see sets first, then check their stage locations. Leave a gap for the walk when switching between distant stages. If rain is forecast, bring shoes you can clean, spare socks and a bag for wet items; keep the socks accessible rather than buried in stored luggage.

Why we suggest this: in her 2024 review, Leticia described slow movement between stages. Her 2025 review reported improved flow, but muddy ground after rain. These are past observations, not a prediction of 2026 queues or weather.

Updated September 30, 2026. Current operating details follow organizer notices; planning suggestions are ours. Any past visitor observations are dated and linked separately. This is a pre-event guide, not our own on-site review.
